I am very glad to announce that I presented my research paper "Online Health Communities, The impact of AI Conversational Agents on Users" in the 18th European Mediterranean & Middle Eastern Conference on Information Systems December 8 & 9, 2021 (EMCIS) collaborating with University of Nicosia and Dubai Blockchain Center.

Artificial Intelligence Conversational Agents or Chatbots are considered a promising development in the Healthcare industry. The focus of this paper is to examine the intention of using health chatbots applications in Online Health communities and to explore what kind of impact these particular features have on the user's intentions, and the actual /potential use of these communities.

Prof. Angelika Kokkinaki and Prof. Charbel Chedrawy , co-authors of this research, are acknowledged for their efforts. Thank you for all the efforts, encouragement and professionalism.
