4 years of Konsult. 🥂🍾🎉♥️ 4 years ago, Konsult was born in the middle of uncertainty.
Not in comfort. Not in stability. In chaos.
Since then, we’ve lived through economic collapse, fear, burnout, lost opportunities, difficult decisions, growth, reinvention, and resilience.
We built while breaking.
Led while rebuilding ourselves too.
Over these 4 years, Konsult became more than a consulting company.
It became a story of survival, transformation, courage, and purpose.
We trained leaders.
Restructured organizations.
Built systems from chaos.
Created frameworks.
Entered governance conversations.
Worked with universities, NGOs, municipalities, family businesses, and corporations.
Some wins were celebrated loudly.
Some battles were fought silently.
But through it all… we stayed standing.
And honestly?
That might be the achievement I’m most proud of.
To every client, partner, trainee, friend, and believer who became part of this journey: thank you. 🤍
