We are Fenix venture builder looking to hire an experienced highly-organized located in Lebanon or in Syria, to work Remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings, follow up action plans, and prepare reports to Management.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Job Specification:
- Diploma degree in business administration or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in personal assistant, secretarial work or related field.
- Advanced English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Advanced using Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and G-suit.
- Advanced in appointment scheduling software such as google calendar or calendly.
