Go back and look at every video you’ve genuinely enjoyed. The common denominator is always the same - you felt like they were talking directly to you.

Not at you. To you.

That’s breaking the 4th wall. No sugar coating, no performance, no pretending to be more professional than you are. Just saying the thing everyone’s thinking but nobody’s saying out loud.

It feels like overhearing a conversation at a table with friends. And that’s exactly why it works.

There are singers.
There are icons.
And then there is Fairuz.

70 years. 1,500 songs. 150 million records.
And an entire country that still can’t imagine a morning without her voice.

What/who should I break down next?

Not enough clients, not enough money, not enough time. Every freelance consultant I’ve ever spoken to is stuck in the exact same loop and it’s almost never about their skills.

I’ve been there. Here’s exactly what I’d fix.

Comment MARKETING and I’ll send you the workspace I built when I was in this exact situation.

You’re sitting on a goldmine and don’t even know it. Your client list is worth more than any ad campaign you’ll ever run - you just have to actually use it.

Comment CRM and I’ll send you a simple guide on how to set this up for free.

The evil eye is real and I don’t make the rules.

Even without the 7asad conversation - I was never going to tell the internet my plans. I don’t tell the people closest to me, so best believe I’m not announcing my next move in a caption.

Tell them how, not what. The process, not the destination. You’re building trust and protecting your plans at the same time.

125,000 businesses in Lebanon. 1 in 5 has permanently closed since 2019.

The ones still standing did it without real support - no proper funding infrastructure, no access to capital that actually makes sense, just survival mode for years.

That’s what we’re trying to change. Tawlé is building a way to connect small Lebanese businesses with Lebanese people who want to see this country recover - whether that looks like a loan or an investment, on terms that actually work for the business.

If you own a small business in Lebanon, or know someone who does - the criteria is simple:
- small or medium business
- based in Lebanon
- operating for at least 2+ years

Comment SUPPORT or DM me the word and we’ll reach out directly.

Good taste doesn’t pay the bills. A clothing boutique can have the most beautiful pieces and still be empty on a Tuesday and it’s almost never about the clothes.

Here’s what I’d actually fix - if you have a business you want me to do this for, drop it in the comments and it might be the next episode.

When the w*r started, the first thing that stopped was optimisation. And honestly, fair enough.

Nobody’s thinking about their marketing funnel when they don’t know if they’re going to have a country next week. But the businesses that didn’t collapse were the ones that had built something stable enough to survive the chaos (which, let’s be real, in a region like ours chaos is a constant).

Survival isn’t a step backwards. It’s the foundation. Build it first. Grow it second.

25 years. Two World Music Awards.
750,000 copies of one album.
A retirement that lasted three weeks
because her fans simply refused.

Elissa never owned her label.
She owned something better.

What should I break down next?

Getting your first client is the hardest one. After that it gets easier - I did a full video going into detail on each of these, comment CLIENTS and I’ll send it to you.

Everyone wants to open a coffee shop. Nobody talks about what happens when the branding is perfect, the coffee is genuinely good, and it’s still not working.

Spoiler: it’s never the coffee.

I broke down exactly what I’d fix and how - and if you have a business you want me to do this for, drop it in the comments and it might be the next episode.
