The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut as its headquarters and aiming to organically grow into a regional consultancy working across geographies, sectors, and p

In 2012 a second office was established in Muscat, Oman, in partnership with Mundhir Al Barwani, as well as a third office in Dubai, UAE in 2016, and its organic growth continued by opening its fourth office in Cairo in 2019. The Phoenix Consulting core team profile consists of seasoned management consultants coming from global consulting firms, including Aon Hewitt, Mercer, Hay Group, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2017 , Phoenix Consulting became HOGAN's official distributor in Oman and Lebanon. Phoenix Consulting has successfully delivered a significant number of consulting projects across the Middle East region & Africa to a diverse client portfolio that includes industry leaders, regional corporations, and governmental entities.
