In our approach, mentoring is not a top-down structure.
It is built through continuous dialogue, where youth voices inform priorities, methods, and even evaluation.

This shifts training from a one-directional transfer of knowledge into a shared space of co-creation, where ownership naturally grows because participants see their input reflected in outcomes.

الانشغال لا يعني أنك تتقدّم.

أغلب الناس ينهون يومهم وهم مرهقون… لكن بدون نتيجة حقيقية.
ليس لأنهم كسالى، بل لأنهم عالقون في “وهم الإنتاجية”.

✔️ ترد على رسائل
✔️ تحضر اجتماعات
✔️ تكتب To-do list طويلة
✔️ تنتقل من مهمة لأخرى بسرعة

تشعر أنك تعمل… لكنك في الحقيقة تستهلك طاقتك على أعمال منخفضة التأثير.

المشكلة ليست في عدد المهام، بل في نوعها.

الدماغ بطبيعته يميل للمهام السهلة والسريعة (Quick wins)، لأنها تعطي إحساسًا فوريًا بالإنجاز (dopamine hit)، حتى لو لم تقرّبك من هدفك الحقيقي.

لهذا السبب:
العمل السطحي يجعلك مشغولًا
والعمل العميق يجعلك تتقدّم

🔍 العمل السطحي:

سهل، سريع، متكرر
لا يحتاج تركيز عالي
يمكن مقاطعته في أي وقت

🔍 العمل العميق:

يحتاج تركيز عالي
مرتبط بنتائج حقيقية
غالبًا مؤجل لأنّه “صعب”

السؤال الحقيقي:
هل أنت تدير وقتك… أم تهرب من العمل الحقيقي؟

💡 كيف تطبّق عمليًا:

حدّد “مهمة واحدة حاسمة” يوميًا
اسأل نفسك: ما الشيء الوحيد الذي لو أنجزته اليوم سيُحدث فرقًا فعليًا؟
اعمل بنظام 60–90 دقيقة بدون أي مقاطعة
لا هاتف، لا إشعارات، لا تعدد مهام
(هذا هو العمل العميق الحقيقي)
قلّص قائمة المهام
بدل 15 مهمة… ركّز على 3 فقط (High-impact tasks)
فرّق بوضوح بين “نشاط” و”نتيجة”
ليس المهم كم عملت… بل ماذا أنجزت
راقب نفسك بصدق
إذا كنت دائمًا “مشغول”… اسأل:
مشغول بماذا؟ ولماذا؟

⚠️ الحقيقة الصعبة:
يمكنك أن تبقى مشغولًا طوال اليوم… وتهرب من أهم شيء يجب أن تفعله.

الإنتاجية ليست أن تملأ يومك،
بل أن تملأه بما يصنع فرقًا.

كثير من الناس يعتقدون أن الإنتاجية تعني أن تعمل أكثر… لكن علم السلوك والإدراك يقول العكس تمامًا.

ما نعيشه اليوم ليس “قلة وقت”، بل تشوّه في إدارة الانتباه والجهد.
الدماغ البشري بطبيعته يميل إلى:

المهام السهلة والسريعة
الاستجابات الفورية (notifications / messages)
الشعور السريع بالإنجاز (short dopamine reward loop)

وهنا تبدأ المشكلة:
نبدو مشغولين طوال اليوم، لكننا نعمل غالبًا في المستوى السطحي من التفكير، وليس في مستوى “الإنجاز المؤثر”.

هذا ما يُعرف في علم الإنتاجية بـ Busy Work vs Deep Work:
الانشغال لا يساوي التقدم، لأن القيمة الحقيقية تأتي من العمل الذي يتطلب تركيزًا معرفيًا عاليًا (cognitive focus) وليس من كثرة الحركة.

🔍 النتيجة:

إجهاد ذهني مرتفع
شعور دائم بالتعب
إنجازات صغيرة لا تعكس الجهد المبذول

💡 التحول الحقيقي ليس في زيادة الجهد، بل في إعادة تصميم طريقة العمل:

✔️ تحديد 3 مهام عالية التأثير فقط يوميًا (High-impact tasks)
✔️ تخصيص 60–90 دقيقة للعمل العميق بدون مقاطعات (Deep Work blocks)
✔️ تقليل “تبديل المهام” لأن task-switching يستهلك طاقة ذهنية كبيرة
✔️ التمييز بين “النشاط” و”النتيجة”

📌 مثال بسيط:
بدل يوم مليء بـ 15 مهمة صغيرة مشتتة،
يوم واحد فيه 1–3 مهام مركّزة قد يحقق نتائج أكبر بكثير.

⚠️ الحقيقة التي يتجاهلها الكثير:
الإنتاجية ليست في عدد الساعات التي تعملها…
بل في عدد القرارات المهمة التي تنجزها بتركيز كامل.

العمل الأقل ليس كسلًا،
بل إدارة واعية للانتباه والطاقة الذهنية

One year ago today, Facebook reminded us of something bigger than a memory — a milestone.
“Leadership and Impact: Success in Times of Crisis” 2025 was not just a conference held in Beirut; it was a gathering of minds, voices, and purpose. Distinguished professionals and leaders from diverse fields came together under one roof, in the presence of the Minister of Youth and Sports, to reflect, challenge, and build forward , even in the most uncertain times.

And we didn’t stop there. What started as conversations turned into action. Over the past year, the impact continued through real work on the ground with NGOs, govermental units , schools, and universities , because leadership is not an event, it’s a responsibility.

This year, we had a vision to meet again !!! with a new chapter: Leadership and Impact: Wellbeing and AI in Leadership2026, bringing together a new circle of inspiring voices you would want to hear, learn from, and grow with.
But reality intervened. War paused the plan , not the purpose.
This is not a cancellation. It’s a delay with intention.

And here is the PROMISE: this conference will happen. Even if it’s on the very last day of this year , when things settle, when voices can gather again ... we will be there.

Because impact doesn’t disappear in crisis. It waits, adapts, and returns stronger.

قبل عامٍ من اليوم، أعاد لنا فيسبوك تذكيرًا ليس بمجرد ذكرى، بل بمحطةٍ فارقة.
مؤتمر "Leadership and Impact: Success in Times of Crisis 2025" لم يكن مجرد فعالية أُقيمت في بيروت، بل كان مساحةً جمعت العقول والرؤى والرسائل. حيث التقى نخبة من المهنيين والقادة من مختلف المجالات تحت سقفٍ واحد، بحضور معالي وزير الشباب والرياضة، ليتحاوروا، ويتحدّوا الواقع، ويؤسسوا لمسارات جديدة رغم كل الظروف.

ولم يتوقف الأثر عند حدود المؤتمر. فما بدأ كحوارٍ تحوّل إلى عملٍ ملموس، استمر على مدار العام من خلال خطط عمل وتعاونات مع منظمات حكومية و غير حكومية، ومدارس، وجامعات. لأن القيادة ليست حدثًا عابرًا، بل مسؤولية مستمرة.

كان لدينا هذا العام رؤيةٌ للقاءٍ جديد، بعنوان: "Leadership and Impact: Wellbeing and AI in Leadership 2026 "، مع مجموعة متميزة من المتحدثين الذين نثق أنكم تتطلعون للقائهم والتعلّم منهم.
لكن الواقع فرض تحدياته، وجاءت الحرب لتؤجل التنفيذ ... دون أن تُلغي الهدف.

هذا ليس إلغاءً، بل تأجيلٌ يحمل إصرارًا.
ووعدنا قائم: هذا المؤتمر سيُعقد. حتى لو كان في اليوم الأخير من هذا العام، عندما تهدأ الظروف وتتهيأ المساحة للقاء من جديد، سنكون هناك.

لأن الأثر لا يتلاشى في الأزمات، بل ينتظر، يتكيّف، ويعود أقوى.
