The first days of GIS in Lebanon date back to 1988 when the leadership of Khatib & Alami sensed the potential of this emerging field in the region and decided to launch the GIS Services Division in parallel to the two existing divisions of Design and Construction services. Starting with a small team and few local projects, the GIS Services Division now proudly hosts more than 145 professionals who

have served the Gulf and the MENA region through a multitude of projects, many of which have received international recognition awards. Very recently, the GIS Services Division has changed its name to become Geospatial Systems Integration (GSI) Division to highlight the deep structural changes it has undergone and the wider scope of services it is now offering to its valued clients, which will surely have the greatest impact on its operation and take it to a higher level of excellence.

Job Opportunity:

Project Manager - Lebanon

B.Sc. /M.Sc. in engineering, computer science or information systems or GIS
3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management
Strong PM Leadership experience; experience in GIS is a plus
PMP Certificate is a plus
Analytical skills, Presentation skills, writing and documentation skills
Flexible and able to adjust his/her management style to build relationships and accommodate the needs of the project team and stakeholders
Effective communicator, able to build rapport and trust with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proficient with MS Project/Office
Based in Beirut, however should be able to travel on short to medium term assignments
