Are you an experienced medical device professional with a strong network in Lebanese hospitals?

XpertRx is hiring on behalf of a leading medical distributor in Lebanon. We are looking for driven Key Account Specialists to focus strictly on interventional cardiology (peripheral and coronary devices). In this role, you will partner directly with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.

Note: This role is strictly focused on account management and sales growth—you will NOT be responsible for payment collections.

📍 Territories (Two Openings):
• West: Beirut toward the South (Major accounts)
• East: Extending towards the North (Major accounts)

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing key hospital accounts.
• Supporting product evaluations and coordinating with clinical stakeholders.
• Following up on quotations, tenders, and hospital procurement.
• Driving product adoption and sales growth.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of proven experience in the medical device or hospital sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and healthcare stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will take full operational and strategic accountability for a department of 17 field and telesales professionals, driving the commercial lifecycle of a diverse Rx, OTC, and "OTC-like" portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
Network Leadership: Organize and optimize zoning, routing, and visit frequencies across the Lebanese territory.
Commercial & Financial Oversight: Take full ownership of the collection cycle, credit limits, and account statuses.
Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison with international suppliers and scientific offices to define distribution strategies and launch new products.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and ensure strict regulatory and ethical compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
