OMT continues to settle USD money transfers in cash USD exclusively and announces its new USD to LBP optional exchange service, starting October 12, 2021.
OMT customers can optionally exchange their received USD through all locations across the OMT network.
The exchange license obtained does not allow OMT to sell foreign currencies, and is restricted to buying USD from its willing customers and selling it exclusively to Banque du Liban, according to the set daily rate (to check the exchange rate, please visit https://www.omt.com.lb).
The service is optional, and it remains the customer’s sole right to decide if they would like to exchange their USD, fully or partially, to LBP. The customer will receive an official receipt for the exchange transaction.


تستمرّ OMT بتسديد التحاويل الواردة بالدولار نقدًا وحصرًا وتُعلن عن الخدمة الاختيارية الجديدة لتصريف الدولار الأمريكي إلى الليرة اللبنانية ابتداءً من ١٢ تشرين الأول ٢٠٢١.
أصبح بإمكان من يرغب من زبائن OMT تصريف دولاراته الواردة اختياريًا عبر كافة مراكز شبكة OMT.
لا يسمح ترخيص صيرفة لـOMT ببيع العملات الأجنبية، بل يقتصر فقط على شراء الدولار الأمريكي ممن يرغب من زبائنها وبيعه حصرًا لصالح مصرف لبنان، وذلك وفق سعر صرف يومي محدّد (للاطّلاع على سعر الصرف، https://www.omt.com.lb).
هذه الخدمة اختيارية ويبقى الحق الأول والأخير للزبون الذي يقرّر ما إذا كان يريد تصريف دولاراته جزئيًا أو بالكامل إلى الليرة اللبنانية، على أن يحصل على إيصال رسمي بعملية التصريف.
