منزلٌ يعود لينبض من جديد بعد أن تهدّم في الحرب.
في هذا المشروع عملنا على تصميم يوازن بين الوظيفة والجمال، ويعالج بدقة كل ما كان ينقص أصحاب المنزل في منزلهم السابق.
درسنا الخريطة بعناية، واستثمرنا كل متر من المساحة دون أي هدر، لضمان راحة العائلة وتحقيق كامل احتياجاتهم.
ولأن الإطلالة هي أجمل ما يميّز الموقع، جعلنا كامل المساحات المعيشية مفتوحة على الإطلالة: من الصالون إلى المطبخ وغرفة الجلوس وصولاً إلى غرفة النوم الرئيسية.
أما روح المنزل القديم، فكان لا بد من حفظها…
احتفظنا بنفس المدخل والدار الخارجي، وبالجلسة الخارجية في مكانها ذاته، مع الشجرة التي بقيت شاهدة على حكاية هذا البيت.
هذا المشروع هو إعادة بناء… لكنه أيضاً إعادة حياة.
A home brought back to life after being destroyed in the recent war.
In this project, I aimed to create a design that balances functionality and beauty, addressing every challenge the family faced in their previous home.
With a detailed study of the site, every square meter was thoughtfully used with zero wasted space, ensuring comfort and meeting all the clients’ needs.
Since the property enjoys a remarkable view, the entire living experience was oriented toward it: from the living room and kitchen to the family room and the master bedroom.
And to preserve the soul of the old house, we kept the same entrance and outdoor courtyard, along with the original outdoor seating area and the tree that continues to tell the story of this home.
This project is not just reconstruction, it is a restoration of life.
