The ground floor living and dining areas are designed in a simple, modern tropical style that focuses on openness, comfort, and natural materials. A neutral palette of off-white walls and light flooring is balanced with warm wooden elements seen in the furniture, wall finishes, and details. The living area is arranged with a soft sofa, a wooden lounge chair, and a central coffee table, creating a cozy and functional space, while a textured rug helps define the seating zone. The dining area features a solid timber table with comfortable chairs, forming a welcoming setting for both daily use and gatherings. Large windows and glazed doors bring in natural light and connect the interior with the outdoors, softened by sheer curtains. Thoughtful lighting and ceiling fans add comfort while maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout.
The TV lobby continues the modern tropical theme, creating a relaxed and comfortable space for entertainment. A wooden feature wall with a built-in TV unit acts as the main focal point, complemented by a mix of warm timber finishes and darker cabinetry for contrast. A sectional sofa is arranged facing the TV, forming a cozy seating area with a simple coffee table at the center. Decorative items and indoor plants add freshness, while natural light from nearby openings keeps the space bright and welcoming, making it ideal for casual family time.
The study room is designed to be calm, functional, and inspiring, following the same modern tropical language. A large built-in wooden bookshelf provides generous storage and adds strong visual character to the room. The workspace includes a simple desk and a comfortable chair, creating a practical setup for work or study. Natural light enters through large openings softened by sheer curtains, while pendant lighting supports the space during the evening. The use of neutral tones and minimal decor helps maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere, making the room comfortable for productivity.
