Roles and Responsibilities:
• SME Assessments: carry out assessments with SMEs according to established criteria, tools and specific requirements (necessary training to carry out such assessments will be provided).
• SME Follow Up and Communication: conduct one-to-one follow up, discussions and communicate key messages to SMEs as required; liaise with and report to relevant INDEP staff, Trainers, and Assistant Trainers during and after implementation of activities, and as required.
• Maintain SME Data and Reports: Maintain SME datasets up-to-date; draft and submit reports in the templates provided.
• Non-Discrimination and Sensitivity: Ensure that at all times contact with all stakeholders including SMEs is conducted in a sensitive and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Human Resources, Economics or related discipline is essential.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience is required.
• Candidates in close proximity to Battaramulla area are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills are a must to have; Fluency in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil is essential.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, able to travel, and a good team player.
