We are also authorised to apply for Flag State Licensing on behalf of Ship Owners. Additionally, we arrange for necessary Training Courses and STCW documentation including Crew Medicals with approved medical practitioners to ensure that all recruited crew personnel are updated with all such requirements and physically fit for on board duties. All of our Officers and Crew Ranks are carefully selected to meet the specific requirements of owners and vessel types. Extensive interviews and testing techniques are carried out to ensure the ship owners will have competent, highly trained, and reliable ship personnel. Our recruitment process includes:
