இனிய சுவையுடன் இனிய தருணங்களை தருவிக்கும் Falcon ஐசிங் சுகர் கலந்து செய்த கேசரி ரெசிப்பியை நீங்களும் இன்றே ட்ரை செய்யுங்கள். அதன் சுவையுடன் கூடிய இனிய தருணத்தின் புகைப்படமொன்றை கீழே Comment இல் பதிவிடுங்கள்.

தேவையான பொருட்கள்
1 கோப்பை ரவை
1 கோப்பை Falcon ஐசிங் சுகர்
2½ கோப்பை தண்ணீர்
3–4 மேசைக்கரண்டி நெய்
ஒரு சிட்டிகை Star brand முட்டை மஞ்சள் உணவு வண்ணம்
½ தேக்கரண்டி ஏலக்காய் தூள்
10–12 முந்திரி
10 உலர் திராட்சை

செய்முறை
ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் 1 தேக்கரண்டி நெய்யை சூடாக்கி, முந்திரி மற்றும் உலர் திராட்சையை பொன்னிறமாகும் வரை வறுக்கவும். பின் தனியாக எடுத்து வைக்கவும்.

அதே பாத்திரத்தில், ரவையை குறைந்த வெப்பத்தில் சுமார் 3-4 நிமிடங்கள் மணம் வரும் வரை வறுக்கவும்.

தனியாக தண்ணீரை கொதிக்க வைத்து, கட்டிகள் வராமல் இருக்க, வறுத்த ரவையுடன் கிளறிக்கொண்டே மெதுவாக சேர்க்கவும்.

ரவை மென்மையாகும் வரை சமைக்கவும்.

Falcon ஐசிங் சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து நன்றாக கலக்கவும். கலவை முதலில் சற்று இளகியதாக இருக்கும்.

உணவு வண்ணம், ஏலக்காய் தூள் மற்றும் மீதமுள்ள நெய்யை சேர்க்கவும்.
கலவை கெட்டியாகி, கடாயின் ஓரங்களிலிருந்து பிரியத் தொடங்கும் வரை தொடர்ந்து கிளறவும்.

வறுத்த முந்திரி மற்றும் உலர் திராட்சையை சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கிவிட்டு அடுப்பை அணைக்கவும்.
