1. Enhance financial literacy and business acumen of SMEs.

CA Sri Lanka SME Task Force has been set up by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka as a Voluntary force comprising of Chartered Accountants, Certified Corporate Accountants, Certified Business Accountants, Accounting Technicians and other like minded professionals to support the SMEs in Sri Lanka. 2. Harness locally available resources to add value to the businesses and economy.
3. Introduce Technology to regional & rural SMEs (Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Agri and manufacturing etc.)
5. Introduce Small Business Governance Framework.

The Task Force is operated via an Executive Committee chaired by Mr. Lakshman Abeysekara and in order to carry out the activities, following Sub Committees have been setup. Mentor Development
