Connecting with the next generation of talent at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
We recently engaged with students at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, sharing insights into the opportunities, values and experiences that shape a career with KPMG.
Adding a personal perspective to the conversation, our leaders and University of Sri Jayewardenepura alumni, Chamara Abeyrathne, Partner – Head of Audit, and Raditha Alahakoon, Partner – Department of Professional Practice, joined Rajesh Harsha Rajan, Partner – Head of People, Performance and Culture, to share their career journeys, introduce students to KPMG and discuss what it means to build a career with the firm.
The session also provided students with insights into our graduate recruitment process, with Prasangani Perera, Director – People, Performance and Culture, taking them through the journey from application to onboarding and what they can expect as they transition from university to professional life.
It was an engaging exchange centered on career opportunities, growth and the experiences that can shape a future with KPMG.
