Proposed changes to VAT amendment bill.

Registration threshold will be reduced to 36MN from 1st July.
18% VAT on non resident digital services provider from 1st July.
VAT on financial services will be increased to 20.5%.
Fine will be increased to 1MN.
VAT registered person should adopt IRD approved POS system.
