Recipe of porcini mushrooms with chestnuts for 4 people:
650 gr of porcini mushrooms, 200 gr of chestnut paste, 25 cl of liquid cream, 2 egg yolks, lemon juice, Salt, wild pepper from Madagascar.
First prepare the porcini mushrooms by cleaning them before cutting them into pieces. Heat a k**b of butter and add the lemon juice before immersing the porcini mushrooms.
Cook covered for ten minutes. Add the liquid cream, the chestnut paste with the cooking juices and let reduce slowly before seasoning.
Your sauce is ready.

Manufactured in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this bread mix is made of healthy, quality ingredients.
This casserole bread mix recipe will soon become one of your home's favourites!
Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious breakfast is easy as a breeze. Serve this Dutch oven bread for any meal of the day.

Instructions:
1. Dissolve the contents of bag number 2 in 300 grams of warm water.
2. Pour bag number 1 in the stand mixer bowl, then add the water and yeast preparation.
3. Knead with the dough hook at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Scrape the sides of the bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm room at about 30°C. The dough will double in volume.
4. Knock the dough back and shape into a ball.
5. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish and place the dough inside.
Brush the surface of the bread with a little water.

Make super moist, delicious muffins with this instant mix.
Manufactured in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this muffin mix is made of healthy, quality ingredients.
Muffins are an all-time favourite for children of all ages.
Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious afternoon treat is easy as a breeze. Muffins also make a super indulgent breakfast.

Instructions:
1. Heat the butter and milk over low heat until the butter has melted. Set aside to cool.
2. Pour the ingredients in bag number 1 into a bowl. Add the milk and butter preparation and the whole eggs. Combine with a spatula (no whisk) until homogeneous. Make sure you don't beat the preparation excessively.
3. Place the supplied muffin cases in the cavities of a silicone muffin mould or a muffin tin. Muffin cases ensure your muffins are easy to release after baking.
4. Transfer the preparation into a piping bag. Pipe the muffin preparation into the paper cases.
5. Bury the caramel chocolate chips (bag number 2) inside the muffins. Use three or four chips per muffin.
6. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C (gas 6) for 20 minutes.
7. Take the muffins out of the oven and set aside to cool.
