This bread mix allows you to serve a fresh loaf of bread cooked in a casserole.

Thanks to this instant mix, preparing a delicious breakfast is easy as a breeze. Serve this Dutch oven bread for any meal of the day.
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the contents of bag number 2 in 300 grams of warm water.
2. Pour bag number 1 in the stand mixer bowl, then add the water and yeast preparation.
3. Knead with the dough hook at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Scrape the sides of the bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm room at about 30°C. The dough will double in volume.
4. Knock the dough back and shape into a ball.
5. Grease the bottom of a casserole dish and place the dough inside.
Brush the surface of the bread with a little water.
Score the surface of the bread with a bakers lame.
6. Leave to rise again for 45 minutes.

7. Bake in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 240°C (gas 😎 for one hour, with the lid on.
8. Take the casserole out of the oven, transfer the bread onto a cooling rack and set aside.
