Termination of Contract for services obtained from K K Nagarathnam (Alias Nishanthan)

Southern Star Home Improvements, a division of Southern Star Marketing Downunder (Pvt) Ltd, wishes to inform our valued customers that, effective 01st April 2025, services obtained from K K Nagarathnam, alias Nishanthan, including transportation, have been terminated with immediate effect. Therefore, K K Nagarathnam is not authorised to represent Southern Star Home Improvements in any capacity.
This action has been taken due to the alleged misappropriation of Southern Star Home Improvements products and misuse of our company’s good name without our knowledge and authorisation. A police complaint has been lodged against K K Nagarathnam, and the matter is currently under investigation. A complaint has been filed against K K Nagaratnam (alias
Nishanthan) at the Kirulapone Police Station on 7.04.2025 and the matter is currently under investigation by the Police. (Information Book Reference: CIB 1 342/42)
We want to clarify that we do not accept responsibility for any warranties, product issues, or services provided by K K Nagarathnam after this date, nor for any unapproved private contractual services provided under our company’s name before this date.
We kindly request that our customers refrain from utilizing any services offered by K K Nagarathnam under the Southern Star Home Improvements name.
