Client Servicing Executive – Social Media

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Zélus Consult immediately (1st of February 2026). If you enjoy working with people, love social media, and can confidently manage communication between clients and internal teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Expected Working Hours:
• Weekdays: 9–5 (on-site)
• Weekdays on-call: 5.00 PM – 6.00 PM, as required for client support.
• Weekends: 9.00 AM – 12.00 PM (remote / on-call for client requirements).

Start Date - 1st February 2026.

Senior Designer + Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice for clients.
- Conceptualise campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website
content, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
- Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee delivery.
- Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requests.
- Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organisational use.
- Attend client meetings and content development projects as and when required.
- Spearhead and carry out design projects as required.
- Communicate with clients - pertaining to design, strategy and concepts.
