Asoka Glass & Mirror S3 (Pvt) Ltd is a leading company specializing in glass, aluminium, and construction solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Purchasing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
+ Source and procure construction materials, glass, aluminium, tools, and installation equipment.
+ Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
+ Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
+ Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to meet procurement requirements.
+ Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation.
+ Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
+Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
+Minimum of 2 years' experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction, glass, aluminium, or engineering industry.
+ Good knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures.
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
+ Good command of spoken and written English.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
