The purpose of this research paper is to examine the role of school management in developing school development plans in relation to both primary and secondary education. We argue that school planning plays a key role in education development in the country and accordingly hypothesize that four variable namely visionary school leadership, stakeholder engagement, clarity of objectives and financial resource allocation positively contribute for the success of school planning.

A significant project done by us: The impact of 3PL (Third-party Logistic) implementation strategy on customer repurchase intention of small medium enterprises holders in foodservice industry in Colombo District, Sri Lanka, 2019

This study mainly focuses on to identify impact of 3PL (Third-party Logistic) implementation strategy on customer repurchase intention of small-medium enterprises holders in the foodservice industry in Colombo District, Sri Lanka. In order to achieve the above main focus of the study, the researcher developed a conceptual design base on the literature findings. This design includes Cost Performance, Time of Delivery, Delivery Location and Packaging Material as the independent variables and customer repurchasing intention as the dependent variable. The main objective of the study achieved through the hypotheses, which was analyzed using correlation analysis. Furthermore, the different statistical techniques were used to elaborate the collected data with associating the statistical software SPSS 25.

A significant project done by us:The Impact of the Unethical Advertising on Brand Avoidance, 2019

This study is mainly targeted to examine the impact of unethical advertainment on brand avoidance and the study is narrowed down to the food and beverage industry. In order to achieve the primary concern of the study, the researcher went through several kinds of literature and recognized three independent variables; Misleading Information, Stereotyping and Consumer Attitudes and a dependent variable; Brand avoidance. The findings of the study emphasis that all three independent variables; Misleading Information, Stereotyping and Consumer Attitudes, are moderate and significantly impacted the brand avoidance of the food and beverage sector. As well as the regression analysis generated that the model with two independent variables; Stereotyping and Consumer Attitudes to assess the brand avoidance and it clearly highlighted that brand avoidance is mainly depended on personal factors like Stereotyping and Consumer Attitudes rather than organizational factors; Misleading Information. Finally, those findings were directed to recommend a proper legal framework to regulate the unethical advertainment of food and beverage sector.

A significant project done by us: An Empirical Study of Major Factors Affecting Productivity of Six Garment Washing Plants in Sri Lanka, 2015

The main focus of this study is to investigate the factors affecting productivity of garment washing plants in Sri Lanka.

The descriptive research method was selected as the most suitable methodology to test and validate the selected productivity factors affecting Garment Washing Plants in Sri Lanka. A survey was administered to investigate seven factors (Management, Technical, Maintenance, Quality, Personnel, Innovation and Technological) affecting the productivity through a selected sample from a specific population identified by the author from six major Garment Washing plants.

The results are analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods under “data analysis” and “discussion sections”, a statistical model is created using both primary and secondary data related to the study.

This project was conducted to assess what are the factors to influence the defective product (button) quality in the Expoworld Button Company.

There are two main objectives of the study to identify the factors for influence the defective product (button) quality and find out the strategies to overcome the defective product quality.

The project coverage areas are Garment industry, as support service like Garments Accessories and Packaging Industry and quality concepts, practices. The research was mainly based on data, collected from Expoworld Button manufacturing company.

After the data is analyzed, the four critical button defects (Colour, pearl damaging, button breaking, and dirty spot) are achieved and these button defects need to be corrected to minimize the defects.
