At Smart Quest we focus on providing Human Resources Solutions. We are a team of dedicated and experienced Consultants who take pride in providing first-class service to our clients.
We commenced operations as a sole trader business in 2006, subsequent to our incorporation in 2007 we have transformed our business immensely and we now operate as Smart Quest Pvt Ltd, a preferred recruitment and training partner to many leading Sri Lankan Businesses and Multinationals.
Our Consultants bring with them a diverse range of skills and have worked closely with our clients by providing customer focused services covering a customer base of 180 public and private enterprises. We partner with our client companies in creating a learning culture within organizations.
Our Core focus is to integrate the HR services provided by us assuring, that the talent we attract through the Recruitment hand will be successfully developed and retained through our Training & Development services; which exposes our clients to an effective and value added service.
