Designed on a compact 10-perch urban site, this home transforms the client’s vision for a modern and luxurious residence into a comfortable family living space.
The design focuses on making the most of every square foot while maintaining openness, privacy, and functionality. Interconnected living spaces on the ground floor encourage family gatherings, while the upper floor provides more private spaces for the family.
One of the key challenges was accommodating five bedrooms, each with a walk-in dresser and attached bathroom, without compromising the sense of spaciousness.
Despite the constraints of an urban setting and a limited site, the result is a home that balances modern luxury, functionality, comfort, and privacy.
