As part of our community service outreach and ASPIRE initiative, HealthRecon Connect recently conducted a career guidance workshop at the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT)'s campus in Kandy.

The session focused on helping students better understand the realities of the corporate world, covering career guidance, professional conduct, workplace etiquette, communication, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, CV writing, LinkedIn, and personal development.

Through initiatives such as ASPIRE, HealthRecon Connect continues to create platforms for learning, development, and meaningful engagement, both within HRC and across the wider community, empowering individuals to chart their own career paths while navigating personal and professional milestones.
