Introducing our Head of HR Consulting – Prarthana Ranasinghe

With over 18 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, organisational transformation and talent management, Prarthana brings together people strategy, business insight and a deep understanding of organisational culture.

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Rockland Distilleries and Head of Human Resources at NDB Capital Holdings, she led enterprise-wide people strategies, HR transformations, succession frameworks and workforce optimisation initiatives that directly supported business growth and performance.

At Smart Quest, Prarthana heads our HR Consulting practice, leading a team of consultants to deliver HR consultancy projects for organisations across industries, helping them design and implement people strategies that drive real business results.

She holds an MSc in Business Psychology from London Metropolitan University, a BBA in Business Economics from the University of Colombo, and the PQHRM qualification from CIPM.
