We’re looking for a dynamic HR Assistant with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala. The role involves supporting the recruitment process, client handling, and administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is essential. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a willingness to learn, and a focus on personal growth. If you have no previous experience but possess an excellent personality and presentation skills, we still encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes
Support client handling and administrative tasks
Maintain employee records and databases
Utilize MS Office and Google Workspace efficiently
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
