๐ฟManufacturing process
*The supply of discarded agricultural waste is done by village women in association with the Karuwalagasweva Institute and those suppliers provide the necessary raw materials.
*By providing samples to identified establishments or manufacturing establishments and informing them to obtain their waste products as raw materials.
*Natural and recycled paper products using invasive plants in the environment ( Guinea grass), agricultural waste (waste tea, straw, grass, banana leaves, flower petals), elephant dung and waste paper.
๐ฟGuinea Grass paper production
*Guinea grass is cut and collected, cut into small pieces, boiled and cleaned to extract the fibers.
*Then the guinea grass paper is made by making the paper using wooden frames and drying it.
*guinea grass paper products are environmentally friendly and do not release any waste or waste water into the external environment.
By shredding the material that can be used as is, steaming, drying, and fiber removal processes make the paper into finished products as needed.
