The Position
The Executive –Customer Service will be required to manage all enquiries pertaining to financial products and services.


Minimum Qualification: -
• Successfully completion of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination (Credits in Mathematics and English).
• Minimum 1 year call centre experience preferably in banking environment.
• Willingness and ability to work on shift/rotational shift basis.
• Possess good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Possess good communication skills in either Sinhala or Tamil (spoken and written).
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result – oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment.

Industry par salary package with incentives.
