Great to be back at Nestlé... almost 10 years later.
Some journeys come full circle.
After almost a decade, it was a privilege to return to Nestlé—this time as a trainer—facilitating our flagship Competency Based Interviewing programme for their Hiring Managers.
In an era where AI is transforming recruitment, some may ask, "Why train hiring managers?"
The answer is simple. Every tool we use in hiring should increase the predictability of selecting the right person. AI is a powerful complement, but sound interviewing skills, structured questioning, and professional judgment remain irreplaceable.
