Empowering Learning, Enriching Communities – Nimalawa

At Port City BPO, we believe that education has the power to create lasting change. As part of our Children’s Day CSR initiatives, we were proud to support MR/Nimalawa Kanishta Vidyalaya through the donation of essential educational equipment and community awareness facilities.

The initiative was designed to enhance the learning environment for 128 students, while also supporting community awareness programmes reaching approximately 5,000 villagers.

By providing educational resources and a projector to support learning and awareness activities, we aim to create greater opportunities for students to learn, engage, and grow while contributing to the wider development of the Nimalawa community.📚

This Children’s Day, Port City BPO was proud to support MR/Aparekka Model Junior School and MR/Nimalawa Kanishtha Vidyalaya through two meaningful CSR initiatives focused on education, learning, and opportunity.

A little more space to learn, dream, and grow. 📚

This National Children’s Day, we were happy to hand over the newly renovated Library & Media Room at MR/Aparekka Model Junior School, giving 115 students a brighter and more welcoming space to read, learn, and explore.

With new books, learning resources, and much-needed improvements, we hope this space becomes a place where curiosity grows and countless stories begin. ✨

Because every child deserves a space to learn, dream, and build a brighter future. We continue to create opportunities that make a real difference.
