Andrea has over 12 year experience in the areas of finance, international trade, Human resources Development, recruitment, headhunting and talent development. Her initial experience was gained in the field of Accountancy & business development where she obtained experience in auditing and accounting and international trade, thereafter she moved on to the field of

During her span at The Strategy Team Pvt Ltd she obtained a wide range of experiences in assisting Human Resources Projects and training programmes for most of the top companies in Sri Lanka such as Durdans Hospital (Ceylon Hospitals Pvt Ltd), Dialog Telekom, Trellerborg Lanka, Toyota Lanka etc. She founded Smart Quest Pvt Ltd in 2006 and focused on talent acquisition and development through the recruitment and training function. She currently works with 200+ companies on recruitment and headhunting projects. She is engaged in training and developing soft skills among professionals and has facilitated many tailor made programmes for companies such as Nations Trust Bank, Bank of Ceylon, Aitken Spence, Janashakthi Insurance, SOS Children’s Village, Omega Line, Expo Lanka, Mc Larens Group, Airport & Aviation, Etisalat. Her talent development and organisation developmental initiatives have been with Unilever Sri Lanka, Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO), Vision Fund Lanka, E-wis Peripherals Pvt Ltd. She partnered in recruiting and training 200 Solutions Executives for CHOGM 2013.
