Enterprise change requires a well-crafted strategy to enable the change in a seamless but effective manner. The strategy analysis knowledge area in the BABOK guide first discusses assessing the capabilities and processes, people, culture, structure, technology, data, systems, infrastructure, and everything else about the current context. The analyst is expected to define the desired future state with a special focus on the potential value that the enterprise envisages achieving through the change. Then it is a matter of creating and evaluating a set of solution options and picking the most suitable and feasible out of those options.

The participants of the ongoing CBAP/CCBA class learned the importance of an organized change strategy through a fun and interactive activity. We employ such novel methods to make it easier for participants to grasp the concepts in the BABOK guide in a practical manner.
