CGS has been engaged in workshops for Union Assurance PLC, DFCC Bank, Elephant House, Nation's Trust Bank, Wisdom Business Academy, Methodist College, to name a few. When it comes to corporate training, there are two facts which one cannot turn a blind eye to. One, is that corporate training is a crucial part of a business's success, with companies investing large sums of money in what we know as "human capital" . While many companies view corporate training and development as an "expense", studies have shown that high impact companies differ in their view, holding fast to the notion that reduction in costs in this area is not a sound strategy. To them, it is an investment, with a great ROI. The employees perform better, there's higher levels of retention - in an age when employees are "job hopping", and increased levels of customer-employee satisfaction. The second factor is the growing number of entities offering training for the corporate sector. We do not follow a routine outline instead custom fit the programmes to fit our client’s requirements, in a manner that it is relevant and effective in achieving the desired results. Our team is flexible to carry out training in different environments, be it a typical class-room at one end of the spectrum, to outbound training, at the other end. Further, our trainers have experience in the areas/topics being covered, which adds quality to the programmes.
