Thank you, Dr. Kamal Gnanaweera, Dr. Anuradha Iddagoda, and Dr. R. Sanjeewa, for the invitation to participate in the Syllabus Review Discussion and Appreciation Luncheon organized by the Management Sciences Unit, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the curriculum revision process by introducing the new Quality Management module and supporting the review and development of the overall syllabus. It was a rewarding experience to share industry perspectives and recommendations aimed at enhancing the quality, relevance, and academic standards of the degree programme.

My sincere appreciation to the Department of Mathematics and the University of Sri Jayewardenepura for the kind recognition and for fostering meaningful collaboration between academia and industry.

It was a pleasure to attend the National Productivity Secretariat (NPS) 5S Certification Award Ceremony and celebrate 10 years of the NPS 5S Certification Programme.

Glad to have been part of the Technical Panel and, more recently, to contribute towards the 5S Auditor Training Programme.

Congratulations to all the organisations recognised for their achievements. With over 300 organisations certified over the past decade, the programme has made a significant contribution to advancing productivity and quality in Sri Lanka.
