Ex- With a team where the subject knowledge is high and also ability and attitudes are favourable facilitative intervention is good. Lack of ability, knowledge and attitude needs a authoritative intervention style.

Parkinson’s Law states that ‘work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion’. It means how long something takes largely depends on perception. If you schedule a meeting for an hour, it would take an hour. But if you schedule it for 30 minutes instead, you are still most likely to get the same amount of work done in half the time.
