ගොඩනැගිලි අලුත්වැඩියාකරුවන් අවශ්යයි

🔹 ව්යාපෘති අලුත්වැඩියා, නිම කිරීම සහ නඩත්තු කටයුතු
🔹 බිත්ති/බිම ටයිල් (උළු, terracotta, stone ware) – කැපීම, ඇඹරීම, නිම කිරීම
🔹 ටයිල් උපස්ථරය සැකසීම (leveling, waterproofing, priming)
🔹 නානකාමර/මුළුතැන්ගෙයි ජලනල උපකරණ සවි කිරීම සහ අලුත්වැඩියා
🔹 සනීපාරක්ෂක හා මුළුතැන්ගෙයි උපකරණ සවි කිරීම/ඉවත් කිරීම
🔹 ගොඩනැගිලි පරිවරණය (wall/facade insulation, plastering)
🔹 සෙවිලි වැඩ (වහල අලුත්වැඩියා, ෆ්ලෑෂ් සවි කිරීම)

අවශ්යතා:

General Renovation Worker
Scope of duties:
Carrying out renovation, finishing and maintenance works in accordance with the scope of the order.
Laying wall and floor tiles (tiles, terracotta, stoneware) – cutting, grouting, finishing.
Preparation of the substrate for tiling works (leveling, waterproofing, priming).
Installation and repair of plumbing components in bathrooms and kitchens (connecting washbasins, toilets, taps, sinks, shower trays, bathtubs, minor plumbing work).
Assembly and disassembly of sanitary and kitchen equipment.
Building insulation (wall insulation, facade insulation, external plastering).
Roofing works (roof repairs, installation of flashings, minor roof structures).
Carrying out other finishing works: painting, filling, installation of panels, doors, moldings, etc.
Minor masonry, carpentry and technical repairs.
Operation of power tools and hand tools.
Taking care of the quality and aesthetics of workmanship.
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and care for entrusted tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in the construction and renovation industry.
Ability to perform tiling, plumbing, insulation and roofing work.
Basic knowledge of water and sewage installations.
Independence, good work organization, accuracy.
Manual and technical skills.
Ability to use construction, tiling, roofing and plumbing tools.
Knowledge of English (communicative level).
Driving license category B.
We offer:
Stable employment in a growing construction and renovation company. Initial contract is for a 3-month trial period. Subsequent contracts may extend to 1 year or more, depending on commitment.
Remuneration adequate to skills and commitment, minimum 32 Zloty gross per hour, at the beginning of the career.
