As part of our ongoing collaboration with Day Bridge International School to develop and enhance teacher competencies, we were recently invited to engage with a remarkable group of students who will be sitting for their O/L examinations in February 2026.

Our session focused on helping them discover their inner motivation — connecting their studies to their personal purpose and the impact they want to create in the world. We explored how aligning their learning journey with their dreams can make studying more meaningful and even enjoyable.

We also shared practical strategies on managing time and handling exam stress, along with plenty of life tips to build confidence and resilience.

Shan Yahampath, CEO of BrainHR, skilfully delivered the session, and the feedback we received was heartwarming — the students found the session inspiring, energising, and deeply motivating.

Yesterday, we successfully concluded another public training program on one of our flagship modules, 'License to Hire – Behavioural Interviewing Skills for Hiring Managers,' at the Postgraduate Institute of Management.

The session brought together participants from diverse industries — including telecom, banking, FMCG, retail, shipping and logistics, confectionery, conglomerates, and the automobile sector — all facing a common challenge: hiring the right talent.

Many participants shared that while structured and systematic interviews are crucial in avoiding costly hiring mistakes, formal training in this area has often been overlooked. This program was appreciated for its comprehensiveness, research-driven insights, and practical tools, delivered with clarity and engagement.

It was encouraging to see participants staying on after the session to discuss real-world challenges they face in talent acquisition.

Last week, we had the privilege of conducting a personalised, full-day training session for the corporate management team and Heads of Departments at Alpha Industries on ‘License to Hire – Behavioural Interviewing Skills for Hiring Managers.’

Throughout the session, participants actively reflected on their own experiences, engaging in meaningful discussions on how to overcome common challenges in making effective hiring decisions through structured interviews.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with particular appreciation for the program’s practicality, relevance, and insightfulness.
