~Swimming pools in Domestic House Construction~

According to our experiences, many of our clients posses a negative idea towards swimming pools at their residence.

What we would suggest from this post is to be positive. Be positive 'coz bathing in swimming pools has a tendency to relieve stress, it gives massaging sensation by the water base which promotes relaxation.

What we see is that the negative mindset is driven by three factors
1. Space
2. Maintenance

When it comes to the space we CAP Engineering suggest to choose a location which do not disturb the patterns and styles used in the house. The space consumed by the swimming pools can be even small as a 10' x 15' ft which do not consume even 1 perch of land. ~Post Contract Consultancy Services~

Many clients are concerned about the design and the initial cost planning which comes under the pre-contract consultancy.

However, there is a least concern about the cost controlling and maintaining overall quality of construction.

Very recently we met a client without a proper supervision team and a qualified Quantity Surveyor to advice him during the construction phase or what we call as the post contract phase of the project.

This has resulted in a loss of large sum of money unnecessarily and many sections including the foundation had be re-resolved.

As a representation of a Qualified staff what CAP Engineering recommends is to keep equal weights on both pre-contract and post contract stages or else in your words design and construction stages.

Your requirements of supervision and cost consultancy during the construction stage are mandatory for a well-deserved facility with an optimal usage of your budget

~Pre- Engineered Buildings~

Our Clients are more familiar with conventional buildings..Here is a concept that is being adopted in Warehouses and Factory Complexes which might be useful when you want to construct such building in future.

With the intention of educating the Public we brings forth the theories of buildings and here is the first of it "Pre Engineered Building". The following Designs are made by the CAP Engineering, Kalagedihena (first three pics) for one of our clients at Mirigama.

★ Now what are Pre Engineered Buildings?

Pre Engineered Steel building system is a combination of built up sections (fabricated from steel plates), hot rolled sections and cold formed sections with different type of roof and wall claddings.

★ What advantages it has over the conventional buildings?

This provides a complete building system which is airtight, energy efficient, optimum in weight and cost with speedy construction

★ For what type of Building requirements is this system useful?
