• Mindset is Everything: Stay positive. Change often comes through pain - lead proactively. Focus on purpose over quick wealth; great things take time and patience.

• Build Sustainably: Care for customers, innovate genuinely, support your team (including diverse talent), and work intelligently by constantly improving processes.
