📢 NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS
Year of Assessment 2024/2025 – Filing of Return of Income

As per the Inland Revenue Act No. 24 of 2017 (IRA), all taxpayers are required to file their Return of Income no later than eight months after the end of the Year of Assessment. For the Year of Assessment 2024/2025, the statutory deadline falls on November 30, 2025.

However, due to the adverse weather conditions experienced across the country as a result of the cyclonic storm “Ditwah”, the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) has announced a grace period for filing.

🗓 Grace Period for Late Filing
IRD will not take action for late submissions if the Return of Income is filed within the next eight (8) days from November 30, 2025 — that is, on or before December 8, 2025.

We kindly urge all affected clients to take note of this extended timeframe and ensure that your tax returns are submitted within the grace period.
