🔴සන්ධි ඉතා ශක්තිමත්ව පැවතීමට අතීතයේ ක්‍රම දෙකක් භාවිතා කරන ලදී.ඒවා මෝඩර්ස්-ටෙනන්(mortise-tenon)(අංක 4 ඡායාරූපය) හා ඩෝව්ටේල්ස්(dovetails)(අංක 5 ඡායාරූපය) වේ. ඒවා වඩා ශක්තිමත් සහ ආකර්ෂණීය වේ.ඊට අමතරව හොඳ සන්දිවල ඩොවෙල්(dowel)(අංක 6 ඡායාරූපය)හා ඉස්කුරුප්පු(අංක 7 ඡායාරූපය)තිබිය හැකිය.ස්ටේප්ලර් කිරීම ගුණාත්මකභාවය ඉතා අඩු වීමට හේතුවේ.තවද සන්ධියට යොදා ඇති මැලියම් වර්ග පිටතට නොපෙනීම ද ගුණාත්මක බවේ ලක්ෂණයකි.
සන්ධිවල ශක්තිමත් බව ලී බඩු වෙහි ගුණාත්මක භාවය පිළිබඳ හොඳ උදාහරණයකි.

🔴තවද නිමාවට ශක්තිය ස්ථාවරත්වය හා ගුණාත්මකභාවය වැඩිකරන කොන් කුට්ටි(අංක 9 ඡායාරූපය) සම්බන්ධ කර ඇත්දැයි බලන්න.

🔴ලාච්චු හොඳින් එහා මෙහා හිර නොවී ගෙනයාමේ හැකියාවක් තිබිය යුතුය.ලාච්චු ගලයිඩ කර තිබිය යුතුය(අංක 10 ඡායාරූපය) .ලාච්චුව දිගින් අවසන් වූ විට වැටීමෙන් වැළැක්වීමට අගුලක් තිබිය යුතුය.දොරවල් වසා තිබුණු විට සමතලා විය යුතු අතර ශක්තිමත්ව තිබිය යුතුය.නිමාව ඇඹරීම් සෙලවීම් වලින් තොර විය යුතුය.නිමාව පවතින්නේ සමතලා පොළොවක විය යුතුය.
