Scanning is the collection of data from the various sources in view of getting the correct picture. According to the situation, beneficial ally, quantum of involvement and the source will indicate the length and techniques of data collection process. Designing the involvement
Beneficial ally will be one of the biggest contributors towards the designing of the project. The collected data will give us the directions for the design as well. Therefore there may be overlaps in the process. Delivery
Delivery might take different forms, lengths in time, methodologies, in different technologies, depending on the magnitude of the project. Interactive deliveries seem the most preferred once according to our study. Feedback and alignment towards the objectives
Feedback will indicate the pros and cons of the approach. Feedback is one of the greatest sources of information. Alignments to the approach could be done from top to the bottom basis using the feedback.
