Antler General Industries was built on a simple belief that chemistry, when driven by purpose and possibility, can solve real problems and move industries forward.
That belief began with our founder and late Chairman, Ananda Jayasinghe, in 1979. What started with pioneering screen-printing ink formulations in Sri Lanka grew, over the decades, into a chemical manufacturing legacy serving industries across the country.
Last month, at Antler General Industries event - Formulated for the Future at Shangri-La Colombo, we celebrated that legacy, but more importantly, we looked ahead to what comes next.
We unveiled four new chemical solutions: Anti-Corrosive, Syntho Pad, Next Gen and Stone Bond; developed to address real manufacturing challenges across the apparel, glove manufacturing, trailer and structural steel industries.
The evening also marked another important step in our journey: the announcement of our first international strategic partnership with NeoChem, India. By combining international expertise with our understanding of local industry, this partnership expands our capabilities in wet-processing and specialty chemicals and creates new possibilities for the industries we serve.
For more than four decades, our approach has remained remarkably simple: understand the challenge, formulate the solution, and keep evolving.
Today, we carry that same thinking forward with stronger capabilities, new technologies, meaningful partnerships and an ambition that extends beyond where we began.
