Position 1: SUPERVISOR (ELECTRICAL)
⚡ Role Summary:
Lead automation projects, supervise installations, troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, and manage on-site electrical teams.
✅ Preferred Qualifications (Sri Lanka):
· National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in Electrical / Mechatronics – University of Moratuwa / Institute of Technology
· Diploma in Electrical Technology – Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTT)
· Certificate in Electrical Technology – Advanced Technical Institute (ATI)
· Or – Diploma in Mechatronics from a recognized local institute
➕ Added Advantage:
· 2+ years of work experience in industrial electrical systems, automation panels, or PLC-based control systems
· Prior supervisory exposure

Position 2: TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL)
⚡ Role Summary:
Assemble control panels, assist in wiring, perform preventive maintenance, and support site installations under engineers/supervisors.
✅ Preferred Qualifications (Sri Lanka):
· NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Electrical Installation / Industrial Electronics
· Certificate in Electrical & Electronics – ATI / CGTT / Technical College
· Diploma in Electrical Technology – TAFE / NTT / VTA
· Or – Completion of a recognized apprenticeship (e.g., CEYPETCO, LECO, or industrial training)
➕ Added Advantage:
· 1+ year of hands-on experience in control panel wiring, motor control circuits, or fault finding
· Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, or basic PLC I/O checking
