Working with lawyers is interesting.
Because in most situations, they’re used to thinking independently, making decisions individually, and leading through their own expertise. But this session was about something different. what becomes possible when people come together beyond their individual roles and work as one team.
Recently, we had the opportunity to conduct a team building and leadership session for lawyers in India in collaboration with Skil Travel India.
What stood out most wasn’t just the activities or the learning moments. it was the way participants opened up to the experience, engaged with each other, and stepped outside their usual day-to-day environment.
Kudos to our trainers who delivered this training session.
