Honored to announce the strategic partnership with Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited and Colombo Leadership Academy on the launch of Allianz Coaching Academy to nurture certified coaches to drive leadership effectiveness and organizational goals.

The ceremony also witnessed the awarding of certificates to the participants of the Masterclass on Effective Coaching Conversations program that certifies the professional demonstration of a structured approach to effectively navigate coaching conversations to achieve sustainable leadership performance. A wide spectrum of coaching domains were covered during the certification program.
