Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle high priority correspondence.
Operational Management: Streamline administrative workflows and maintain digital filing systems (Google Workspace/Notion).
Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Project Tracking: Assist in monitoring project deadlines and providing status updates to the executive team.

Language: native professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Experience: 3+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (Asana/Trello).
