The Liberia MSME Conference & Trade Fair 2025 hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Liberia under the theme “Made in Liberia, Made for the World.”

The event brought together entrepreneurs, government officials, UNDP Liberia, partners, and private-sector leaders to push for policies that put Liberian businesses first.

The day opened with a touching story from tailor Amina K. Sesay, showing how accessible financing can turn small ideas into community opportunity.

Discussions focused on reducing barriers, improving credit access, and preparing Made-in-Liberia products for regional and global markets.

Exhibits highlighted the strength of Liberia’s craft and agro-sector, proving local producers are ready for greater visibility and growth.

By the end, stakeholders committed to a practical reform roadmap to strengthen MSMEs and build long-term economic opportunity for Liberian families.
