The agency has for over ten (10) years worked with Rural Poor Communities in the facilitation of various prioritized community development programs which include Food Security, WASH, Micro Credit, Infrastructural Development, Adult Education, Health, and Forestry etc. It has in its employ trained and experienced social workers who have had the opportunity of working for years with organizations
such as Plan International-Liberia, World Vision-Liberia, Actionaid International-Liberia, and AFRICARE. Since its inception, successful community interventions have been implemented on behalf of the European Commission (EC), Finish Refugee Council (FRC), ZOA Refugee Care, Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Liberia Community Infrastructure Program/USAID, CARITAS, Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE), ACTION Contre La FAIM (ACF), Finnchurchaid-Liberia (FCA), Mercy Corps and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Liberia.
